Your Impact
Maintain and grow revenue through the renewal of existing customer contracts
Proactively engage with customers to secure contract renewals
Defend revenue through negotiations and ensure a seamless customer experience
Utilizes ATR reports for strategic territory planning
Identify opportunities for multi-year upsells and additional upgrades
Collaborates with internal counterparts for a customer-centric approach
Effective communication skills are essential for this role
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in analytics
Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to manage a high volume of accounts effectively
Your Experience
Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience
Demonstrates a growth mindset, indicating adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, and is able to adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills
Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
