Sr Principal Enablement Manager, EMEA & APJThe role is hybrid based out of our Dublin or Maidenhead office.
You will report to the head of Sales Enablement.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do- Develop and execute enablement strategies to drive sales growth and productivity across EMEA & APJ regions.
 - Manage and lead a team of enablement professionals to design, develop, and deliver training programs, sales tools, and content.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximum impact of enablement initiatives.
 - Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement solutions to address gaps.
 - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to support enablement initiatives.
 
What We'd Like to See- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
 - Proven track record of driving sales growth and productivity through enablement initiatives.
 
Role Essentials- Experience leading and managing teams.
 - Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and technologies.
 - Experience with sales enablement platforms, tools, and technologies, such as learning management systems, content management systems, and sales analytics platforms.
 
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
 
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
