In this role you will be accountable for:

- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 10+ years of relevant professional or military experience
- 5+ years experience working in or with the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry
- 5+ years experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 5+ years experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with either solutions or programs that have demonstrated success at enterprise customers

- 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience
- Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
