WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Profitably execute forward-looking SEO strategies that improve full funnel brand visibility to outpace competitors and drive conversions and pipeline.
  • Create content briefs that provide clear direction to agencies/writers on how to structure articles that exceed our competitors in terms of value, while also aligning with Wiz’s unique philosophy on cloud security.
  • Capture and maintain high positions in the SERPs by regularly performing on-page optimizations on existing content for title tags, meta descriptions, keyword optimization, and content structure based on your monitoring and analysis of ranking fluctuations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize website structure, URL hierarchy, schema markup, and internal linking for improved crawlability and indexing.
  • Manage off-page SEO activities to build a high-quality backlink profile that surpasses competitors, increasing website authority and organic traffic.
  • Flex your technical SEO muscles by ensuring SEO is baked into enterprise-wide projects like M&As, programmatic product-led plays, and external websites.
  • Develop A/B tests to identify new tactics to squeeze more leads and pipeline out of our SEO traffic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including external agencies, web developers, digital marketers, and sales teams to integrate SEO best practices across all channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices; including how to leverage AI in our SEO workflows to improve efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ yearsof experience managing SEO projects, with a proven track record of success in driving traffic growth, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Experience scaling SEO for growth-stage businesses using product-led and content-led strategies.
  • Ceaseless curiosity for SEO and demand generation, actively participating in online communities, subscribing to newsletters, and brainstorming with peers.
  • You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring your own insights to the test in order to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Eagerness to understand the customer and the role of search in their buying journey.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic ability to work with HTML, CSS, and JS as it relates to SEO.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of an SEO initiative to project stakeholders. You know the optimal balance of SEO-speak and business-speak.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Sitebulb.

Nice-to-Haves

    • Experience preferably in an Enterprise SaaS company
    • Familiarity with cyber security/DevOps space
    • Strong understanding of international SEO strategies
    • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end web programming languages
