We're looking for an experienced and collaborativeto be based at the client site in
Queens, NY. In this roleyou’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities of contractors and subcontractors at the project site, ensuring the right materials, equipment, and people are there to get the job done.Utilizing your expertise, you will perform all aspects of inspection to include all reporting, providing communication to the client, and ensuring that the requirements of the project are successfully met. You’ll have knowledge of the project and construction progress across all trades/scopes of work and be responsible to help coordinate sub/contractor’s daily work activities, help resolve contractors’ questions and resolve design issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 10+ years of experience as an Engineer or Architect providing technical support/evaluations of scope conditions involving multiple phases of larger scale building/infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of site, civil, structural, RIC, masonry, and demolition construction phases, building systems/components and technology
- Experience with ProLog or other project management application software
- OSHA 10 Certification
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Prior experience with an A/E firm
- OSHA 30 Certification
