As a Payroll Specialist in JFrog you will...
  • Responsible for non-exempt pay class timecard payroll process.
  • Assist payroll transactions including stock items (Options, ESPP & RSU).
  • Assist with accurate and timely year-end reporting.
  • Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll accounts.
  • Research and resolve payroll inquiries, ensuring payroll policies are followed.
  • Ensure compliance of SOX controls for payroll operations.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audit as needed.
  • Assist with workers compensation audit and 401K retirement plan audit.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll.
  • Prior experience working with a payroll processing system, ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Experience in payroll processing stock items (Options, ESPP & RSU).
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
  • Performs work accurately with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel (i.e. Filters, pivot tables, V-Look Ups).
  • Ability to work with different organizations.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $115,000 to $130,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
