We assist the executive management in overseeing the firm’s operations. Key responsibilities includes:

Technical Excellence
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our marketing objectives and target audience.
Create engaging and high-quality content across various digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, videos, infographics, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to gather insights and develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content creation.
Write compelling and persuasive copy that effectively communicates brand messages and drives desired actions from the audience.
Optimize content for search engines and implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
Monitor and analyze content performance using various analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics and insights.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content strategies and execution.
Capable of and should have past experience of running nurture campaigns and performance marketing content for various digital media channels including social media and email marketing.
Manage content distribution across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and social media interactions to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
Identify content gaps and opportunities for content creation, repurposing, and repackaging to maximize reach and engagement.
Stay informed about industry-related news, trends, and events to identify opportunities for content creation and thought leadership.
Assist in managing and maintaining the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proficient in using content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong research and analytical skills to gather insights and inform content strategies.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative content ideas.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing content creation, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of content types, including written, visual, and multimedia formats.
