What You’ll Do

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and capital planning across multiple high-growth and scaled products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Tech, Operations, and Marketing to evaluate investment opportunities and resource decisions
• Build and refine financial models to assess ROI, profitability, and long-term value creation
• Establish frameworks to evaluate success across the product lifecycle and drive alignment on key performance indicators
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable annual budgets and forecasts that reflect market conditions, customer behavior, and product stage
• Conduct unit economics, profitability, and lifetime value analyses to support go-to-market and investment decisions
• Drive the capital allocation process in partnership with business leaders and ensure sound financial stewardship of resources
• Manage and develop a team of high-performing finance professionals, providing mentorship and coaching

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics
• 6+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development / Strategy, Consulting or other related areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of partnering with product or engineering teams to influence resource decisions and evaluate investments
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong modeling capabilities
• Experience using SQL or Python to extract and analyze business data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to decision making
• Prior experience managing a team with a focus on growth and development
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and planning tools such as Anaplan, Oracle, or Tm1
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with a high level of attention to detail

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$155,000 per year - USD$172,000 per year.
