Your role and responsibilities

As an Oracle Talent & Performance Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for our clients, focusing on talent management and performance management modules. Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with clients to understand their talent management and performance management requirements and objectives.
  2. Designing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, and succession management.
  3. Guiding clients through the implementation lifecycle, from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
  4. Providing functional guidance and support to clients during the configuration and testing phases.
  5. Troubleshooting and resolving Oracle Cloud HCM-related issues, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.
  6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features, updates, and best practices.
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HCM implementation processes and tools.
Required education

Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  1. Experience as an Oracle Talent & Performance Management Consultant.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM, including its talent management and performance management modules.
  3. Strong understanding of talent management processes, compensation planning, and performance management best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  6. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
