Senior Program Manager & Mechanical Engineer

Your role:

• Lead global teams on Precision Diagnostic Business Units projects
• Support global cross functional teams for assigned supply chain engineering projects
• Build internal and external network to identify high impact projects that result in productivity, quality improvement, and reduction in Total Cost of Ownership.
• Manage the update of designs to improve manufacturability, performance, quality, and cost
• Conduct and lead design reviews
• Review and ensure adequacy of supplier part qualification activities
• Execute and support phase in – phase out (PIPO) planning for assigned projects
• Use appropriate project management tools, communicate plans, and risk management techniques to create rigor in project planning and execution

You're the right fit if:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering MS in engineering preferred
• 5 or more years of proven design engineering and project management experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting global projects
• Experience with CAD software(s)
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and working in a regulated industry
• Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
