So, what will you be responsible for?
- To support laboratory organisation
- Maintaining and release of laboratory stock, ordering laboratory consumables where required.
- Ensure laboratory housekeeping standards are maintained to take part in identifying continuous improvement opportunities in laboratory processes.
- Active participation in functional meetings, facilitation of cross-functional meetings where required.
- Support site safety culture.
- Perform supporting activities for general lab operations, EM, Facility testing
- Introduction by team to develop knowledge of GMP, familiarity with USP, EP, JP requirements
- To have a desire to continuously learn, improve and develop
- To learn troubleshooting and problem-solving skills as an individual contributor
- Contribute to Culture of the company.
- Build GMP skills to enable a greater understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, learn to promote team success through own actions and by demonstrating respect and appreciation for diverse populations
- Support timely training completion
Role is predominantly on-site at the Meath facility.
The ideal person will have:
- Working towards a degree in a biological discipline
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to think logically and be open to learning within a team environment.
- Good communicator
