- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Technical product management experience, especially in AI/ML Infra.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in navigating Product and Technology tradeoffs (building the platform, while iterating on the product).
- Experience working with Engineers as customers.
- Experience as a manager working across time zones.
- Experience in leading Platform changes at scale, while understanding the end user habits.
- Understanding large-scale global products, nuances of managing high traffic, high capacity and making product fundamentals robust.
