Key Qualifications
- Typically requires 2+ years experience in software development.
- We are looking for someone with a track record of API and framework development
- Familiarity with peer-to-peer networking architecture, security and protocols used for real-time communications
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices (Object-oriented programming, functional programming, test driven-development, etc).
- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate successfully with peers from diverse experiences and backgrounds.
Education & Experience
BS / MS in Computer Science OR equivalent experience
Additional Requirements
- Interest and passion for AR/VR technologies
- Optional: Experience with Unix development, daemons, cross-process communication, etc.
- Optional: Experience with 3D math/linear algebra, 3D graphics, etc
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
