What you'll do...

• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in IT operations.

• Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Compliance and Security: Ensure IT operations adhere to security policies and regulatory requirements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and other departments to support business objectives and resolve issues.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and incident reports.

• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
