Job Description
As the Brand & Customer Manager Vaccines, you will be an integral part of the Vaccines Franchise Romania. Reporting to the Franchise Lead Vaccines Romania, you will be responsible for identifying brand growth opportunities, setting portfolio priorities, and driving business plans within the country. This role will require you to design, develop, and implement marketing programs consistent with global and local strategies, as well as ensure launch readiness and optimization of existing business. Additionally, you will play a key role in engaging with top customers and driving improved patient health outcomes, while providing a highly effective customer experience in collaboration with the Medical Team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the Brand Plan for Romania in collaboration with the cross-functional team and ensure execution based on specific KPIs
- Forecast sales and expenses, and follow up on the implementation of approved action plans
- Develop relevant promotional and non-promotional materials and programs, customizing global and regional materials to be appropriate for the local market
- Integrate MCM activities, customer solutions projects, communication plans, and other customer-related activities to ensure strategic objectives are achieved
- Collaborate with support functions to conduct market research and analysis
- Conduct frequent field visits to liaise with physicians and gain deeper market understanding and customer insights
- Liaise with Vaccines KAMs to assess the response to current promotional material and programs, ensuring optimal utilization
Requirements:
- Healthcare education, with a minimum of a Bachelor's or University degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with experience in Vaccines and launching new products
- Ability to manage key external stakeholders, influence without authority, and create and execute action plans in matrix cross-functional team structures
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, project planning, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of financial management, business acumen, and the ability to prioritize objectives and make resource allocation decisions
- Digitally literate with proficient use of MS Office programs
