Sr. Risk Analyst - Enterprise Services Core Risk


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze process and business unit risk data as well as internal data (e.g. historical opex, scenario data) and industry data (external cyber analysis reports, external loss event data) for opportunities to improve consistency and quality in ES risk reporting and setting risk destinations

  • Partner with risk managers across all ES verticals to identify, document, and monitor risks via Risk Assessments (such as Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA), Product Risk Assessments (PRA), and Scenario Analysis)

  • Produce key analysis and reporting to support results delivery and decision making (e.g. Tech Risk Report)

  • Support preparation for executive level communications and presentations

  • Update risk and assessment systems of record with results from quarterly assessments

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification

  • At least 1 year of experience in audit, risk management, or program management

  • At least 1 year of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Tech or Cyber Risk Management

  • 2+ years of experience in Audit, Risk Management Business Process Management, or Project Management

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people across multiple levels

  • Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, Scrum Master, or BPM

McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis Richmond, VA: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber Risk & Analysis New York, NY: $118,900 - $135,700 for Sr. Assoc, Cyber Risk & AnalysisThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
