Key Responsibilities- Provide expert counsel on Brazilian employment law, regulations, and labor practices.
- Advise business leaders and P&C on workforce strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Lead collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and local legislation.
- Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and employee documentation.
- Develop and deliver training for management on labor law compliance and collective bargaining strategies.
- Monitor and interpret changes in labor legislation, proactively advising on potential impacts and strategic responses.
- Manage employment-related disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions, minimizing risk for the company.
- Collaborate with global legal teams to implement company-wide initiatives and harmonize labor practices.
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Law; postgraduate specialization in Employment Law or Labor Relations is highly desirable.
- Admitted to practice law in Brazil.
- Strong experience (PQE) focused exclusively on employment law, preferably within a multinational or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record in leading collective bargaining negotiations and union relations.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation, jurisprudence, and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese; professional proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively across diverse teams.
