What You’ll Do
  • Establish and Run Executive-Level Reporting & Cadences: Develop reporting frameworks that keep senior leaders informed on business operations and performance, and then manage the operating cadences – including developing agendas, documenting key decisions and actions, and tracking follow-through across teams

  • Build and Scale Operational Playbooks: Design clear, repeatable processes for key business operations, and drive adoption across teams to ensure consistency and efficiency

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience, including time at a top-tier strategy consulting firm

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or technology is a plus
