Job responsibilities
- Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
- Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity
- Develops change initiative materials and change timelines
- Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
- Work in partnership with Product Owners and SMEs to translate the delivery of new technology capability into meaningful, inspiring and actionable communications that drive engineer adoption across Global Technology
- Produce and deliver a strategic schedule of digital content showcasing our new technologies in alignment to GT-wide strategic priorities, generating excitement and awareness around important milestones with articles, infographics, blogs, vlogs, and video
- Ability to engage and communicate technical solutions clearly and succinctly with both a technical and non-technical audience at all levels, from Software Engineers through senior Executives
- Partner with product owners to produce engaging and impactful engagement materials for internal events such as PowerUp
- Collaborate with Line of Business, Technology Hub, and Global Technology Communications teams to leverage Line of Business and location communications vehicles to ensure an aligned cascade of messaging across Global Technology
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives
- Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Proven success in a similar role including hands-on content creation for technology deliverables in a consumable manner for audiences of all backgrounds
- Demonstrable experience of leveraging modern communications styles for strategic content generation and creation including articles, blogs, vlogs, infographics, visuals and presentation building

- Native to social and digital media practices, with an appetite to bring new and fresh approaches to audience engagement and media influencing
- Creative flair to produce stylish and engaging content, adopting modern communications practices and styles to inspire and influence
- Technical capability to manage digital media channels including intranet creation, video production, collaboration and measurement tools
- Versatility to identify with and appeal to key audience personas whilst ensuring a consistent and aligned strategic narrative
- Ability to effectively advise, partner and collaborate with executive team members and peers in order to execute on engagement plan
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives in adynamic, fast-paced environment
