• Repair and update CNC controls and related components
• Conduct hydro inspections and implement error-proofing solutions
• Test and repair industrial monitors, control cards, and power supplies
• Modify CNC and PLC systems under OEM supervision
• Provide hands-on training and technical support to team members
• Document changes on electrical drawings and participate in team reviews
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001)
• Participate in 5S activities and assist in training new maintenance staff
• Ontario Trade Certificate as an Industrial Electrician (asset)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility
• Certificate or diploma in Robotics, Automation, or PLCs
• Strong understanding of Electro/Hydronic technology with at least 5 years of experience
• Excellent teamwork and training capabilities
• Reliable and mature individual with a proactive approach
• Experience with CNC board-level repairs and servo control adjustments
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong documentation and communication skills
