Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and competitive selling.
Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and to achieve goals to drive growth.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
