You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through secure, compliant, and value-driven implementations that align with their enterprise strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting roles.

• in delivering demos, pilots, and technical presentations for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions.

• Ability to independently manage technical aspects of customer engagements and document technical close plans.

Preferred qualifications:

• L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications (or equivalent experience).

• Familiarity with partner co-sell motions and CRM tools like MSX.

• Demonstrated technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND several years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND several years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

You will:

• Independently lead technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI Agents.

• Own technical win strategy for qualified opportunities and document close/consumption plans in MSX.

• Collaborate with partners and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and accelerated adoption.

• Remove technical blockers and support competitive deals by highlighting Microsoft’s differentiation.

• Maintain 100% deal hygiene and partner attach for all qualified opportunities.

• Achieve L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications and share deal insights quarterly.
