Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility corporate environment, with a focus on providing the best in class service as a maintenance plumber or technician.
  • High school graduate or equivalent plus technical training courses or technical school background.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Troubleshoot plumbing systems water and gas
  • Maintain, repair and service water heaters
  • Reads and interprets plumbing and piping prints, schematics, and diagrams to understand the plumbing system and water supply system layout.
  • Install pipes and plumbing fixtures
  • Cleans, maintains, and services sanitary and storm system sumps, drains, waste lines, lift stations and waste treatment plants.
  • Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains.
  • Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.
  • Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented and experience in Apple products, Spreadsheets, BOX, and Tririga preferred.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $48.70 and $73.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
