The PRINCIPAL NETWORK PROJ/PROG MGMT is responsible for the design, development, and testing of Wireless network reports, dashboard and task automation of operational routines supporting the build, integration, and optimization of our Wireless network. This position will support our network and systems transformation through the development of new processes, apps, tools, enhancements, and modifications of existing reports as needed. In addition, the PRINCIPAL NETWORK PROJ/PROG MGMT validates data integrity and accuracy and provides recommendations to a diverse range of reporting requirements across multiple departments. The role will work closely with market and national peers and stakeholders to define specific needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Maintenance:
Design/Install/Instantiate SQL DB.
Adept with Palantir (aka DEEP) and Data Visualizations tools, such as, Power BI and Tableau.
- Develop and maintain applications using SQL, Python, PHP, JavaScript, VBA, HTML and CSS.
- Experience with RPA software apps, such as, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX designs into interactive applications.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end components.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Testing and Debugging:
- Test applications across various browsers and devices to ensure compatibility.
- Identify and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
- Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Implement best practices for web development and user experience.
- Continuously improve the user interface and user experience of web applications.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, PHP, Python, HTML, CSS, VBA, MS Power Automate, and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Design and UX:
- Understanding of key design principles and user experience.
- Ability to translate design mockups into functional web pages.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and frameworks quickly.

Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with demonstrable projects and portfolio.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. However, equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio can be just as valuable.
Desired, but not required:
- Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
