- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 15 years of experience in engineering/operational leadership
- Experience leading technical organizations in on-prem, distributed systems environments
- Experience deploying and operating hardware and software within on-premise environments
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working closely with partners and leading operations within cloud services and platform development, focused on software features that will enable operations
- Experience operating within and leading cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering hyperscale cloud services to enterprise customers
- Ability to simply explain complex business or technical challenges
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with supplier and partner teams to integrate external capabilities into solutions
- Proven track record of “big picture” strategy thinking, enabling teams to deliver management solutions that are effective at scale
