As Vice President of Tools and Analytics in the Strategy and Innovation team, you will oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of tools and analytics solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive strategic projects and achieve business objectives. In addition, you will also be hands-on working with the rest of the team designing and developing solutions to drive transformation through continuous enhancements.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead and drive strategic and transformational projects to enhance tools and analytics capabilities across Payments Client Service and Implementations
- Identify, evaluate, and select the right tools to optimize product solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and objectives
- Partner with Technology, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of tools and analytics solutions
- Develop nimble solutions for data architecture, identifying and building tools to deliver automation and powerful visualizations
- Provide robust analytics and reporting to assist the business in moving forward with data-driven decisions
- Evaluate existing manual processes to identify inefficiencies and risks, and design automated solutions to improve efficiency and effective controls to ensure reliable reporting and compliant operations
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, and integration to support business needs
- Partner with team of technologists specializing in tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and WorkFront to build, own, and operate the infrastructure and solutions
- Develop and implement of best practices, project standards, and procedures to track and drive governance of book-of-work and ensure consistency and clarity among all partners and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics, platforms, modeling, and technology
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, tools selection, and optimization
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Strong technical skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Alteryx, Python)
- Experience with data lake or data warehouse solutions, and knowledge of Redshift AWS, Snowflake, or Data Bricks
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects and delivering innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience designing and developing solutions in Adobe Workfront to manage work lifecycle in a centralized tool
- Familiarity with running CI/CD pipelines and creating a data ecosystem from multiple sources to get real-time data
- Ability to manage and lead a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
