Key responsibilities:
In supporting these processes, the individual undertaking the role is responsible for
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders (including Service Line and Country Talent Consultants, Core Talent team) to help inform focus and validate intention, as well as support agreed activity
- Contributing to the design and implementation of new key CPD PPEDDs initiatives, e.g., EMEIA FSO Strategic projects, Partner development strategy build out, Leadership behaviours approach. You will be part of a team who will design, build and implement these initiatives across the region.
- Creating impactful content to support processes and initiatives (this will include briefing points, written communications, presentations, supporting material)
- Identifying and executing on ways to drive engagement and participation of EMEIA FSO PPEDDs in utilizing resources and support available
- Project management of agreed activities – scoping, designing, delivering, and monitoring
- Leveraging the use of data and analytics to develop reporting/insights to inform team focus
- Identifying innovative ways to do things - whether that be current processes, approaches, or reporting. We are a team who continually strive to look at better ways of working
- Guiding and supporting team members to deliver
- Contributing to the personal and professional development of team members
Responsibilities may also include any of the following:

- Identify and proactively shares opportunities for improvement and efficiency across all activities
- Drives operational excellence and compliance by supporting legal, budgetary, and contractual firm requirements
- Develop promotional collateral, including our SharePoint portals, to promote a positive team brand and business stakeholder awareness to drive engagement
- Provide measurement and reporting of the return on investment, leveraging existing MI where required
- Actively create a level playing field for our diverse talent through adhering to accessibility guidelines
- Develop innovative communication strategies, writing clear and persuasive publications, and analysing audience feedback to refine messaging.
- Respond to ad-hoc compliance and reporting requests from the broader Talent community and the business
- Look for efficiency by improving data storage, streamlining reporting and other processes
- Provide administrative and operational support to a variety of talent projects and team activities
- Other:
- Potential involvement in wider talent team projects and activities as required from time to time to leverage knowledge and skills but also to provide developmental opportunities
Experience, skills and attribute requirements:
- To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine interest in working with senior professionals to aid their career, performance and development. In addition, the following experience, skills and attributes:
- Experienced project manager with ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, that can both engage and influence
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inaccuracies in data
- Experience in creating and analysing data to create compelling insights/ inform business decisions
- Experience in use of Excel and PowerPoint as well as the wider MS suite of products
- Experience of crafting compelling content for diverse audiences (use of storytelling, adapting tone and style)
- Sound knowledge of change management methods and experience in driving effective change
- Strong relationship management skills – able to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to understand business challenges, assess issues/opportunities and propose solutions
- Able to work independently and through others to deliver quality results, in line with defined timelines
- Creative and curious minded
- Agile mindset, with ability to shift focus rapidly and cope with ambiguity

Other Requirements:
- Core working hours aligned to GMT and CET, flexibility in working hours depending on your location
- May need to work extra hours in case of special customer requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree / Post Grad in business or HR related discipline preferred
- Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation
Experience:
- Minimum of 9+ years of progressive experience
- Preferred experience includes working in:talent development roles
- professional services or corporate organisations, operating in a matrix structure
- international and diverse, fast-paced, and demanding environments
