- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks).
- Experience writing in HTML or Markdown.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in researching and writing effective documentation for developers, and developer operations.
- Ability to understand source code (Java and Python).
- Ability to grow in fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Passion for learning and documenting new technologies.
