As a Process Associate – Order to Cash (O2C), you will be responsible for managing Order management and Receivables management. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Your primary responsibilities include:
· Coordinate activities associated with Order to Cash
· Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
· Adhere to SLAs and timelines
· Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Receivable
· Ability to manage Order fulfilment, Collections & Cash payments
· Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
· Proficient in addressing quires and taking follow-up actions
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Self-directed and ambitious achiever
