You will report directly to our Senior Cyber Security Product Manager, and you will work out of our Honeywell location in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our organization's cyber security posture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and implement cutting-edge technologies to protect our systems and data.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support project team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and monitor for potential threats.
• Design and implement advanced cyber product security solutions, including network security, and data encryption.
• Develop and maintain the architecture of our cyber security systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• 6+ years of experience in aerospace product development, aerospace product architecture, or aerospace development processes such as DO178, DO254, ARP 4754 and ARP4761.
• Strong knowledge of avionics architectures
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols, encryption algorithms, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing security and safety solutions for complex systems and networks.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of the hardware development processes and security development lifecycle (SDL)
• Industry project management certifications such as Project+ or PMP.
• Industry cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH or equivalent.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such DO326A/DO356A.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent risk management and project management skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
