Your Impact
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s unique business challenges and translate these into a clear vision and roadmap.
  • Listen actively to uncover true needs, and communicate complex ideas in a clear, compelling way.
  • Take initiative to share fresh perspectives and proactively advise customers on how AI, automation and autonomous agentic systems can transform their business.
  • Design, configure and deliver tailored demonstrations that showcase the true value of Salesforce solutions.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, partners and peers in a matrix environment.
  • Remove technical obstacles in the sales cycle and clearly communicate the business value Salesforce delivers.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with customers by fuelling them with new ideas and practical recommendations.
Who You Are
  • You have several years of experience in Solution Engineering, presales or technology consulting.
  • You bring a strong mix of technical understanding and commercial awareness.
  • You have excellent listening skills , and you communicate with confidence — orally and in writing — with business managers, IT stakeholders and C-level executives alike.
  • You excel at building and maintaining trusted customer relationships.
  • You have a
    proactive, self-starting mindset
    — you don’t wait for direction but take the lead where you see opportunity.
  • You’re an engaging presenter with strong storytelling skills, able to hold an audience’s attention and explain complex ideas clearly.
  • You manage your time effectively and thrive in a dynamic, energising team environment.
  • You’re practical, curious and love to understand
    why
    and
    how
    things work — and share that knowledge.
  • You combine an independent drive with a collaborative spirit — you’re at your best when you take ownership but never lose sight of the team.
  • You’re genuinely interested in the impact of AI, Generative AI, LLMs and agent-based solutions on business.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus .
  • Existing Salesforce product knowledge or certifications are a plus — if not, you’re excited to ramp up through our extensive onboarding and training programs.
  • You manage your time effectively and stay organised in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting.
