 - Define technical path to solve high value problems
 - Develop, plan and execute process engineering development projects
 - Lead and participate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to develop & deliver world-class performance solutions to the customers
 - Advance in-depth understanding of process, hardware and their interaction in highly complex systems
 - Perform process and hardware characterization on highly complex systems
 
 - Functional Knowledge
- Regarded as technical expert in their respective field
 - Experience in semiconductor processing technology beneficial
 
 - Leadership
- Leads projects with significant complexity
 - Develop strategy and path for project execution
