Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities for this role include but not limited to 1) exploring new hypotheses related to better search ranking, 2) training state of the art DL ranking models to balance multiple aspects of relevance and personalization, and 3) design, running, and analyzing AB tests to validate your hypotheses.

- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals

- Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.
- Experience with popular deep learning frameworks such as pyTorch, MxNet, and Tensor Flow.
