Qualifications
- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in developing customer-facing web applications
- Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and their practical application
- Experience with developing backend application using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot
- Experience with developing frontend application using JavaScript and React
- An understanding and preferable experience with web services (REST or GraphQL).
- Experience with Agile and Lean Software Development
- Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
- A great team player with a helpful, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems
- Able to make decisions and work independently
- Capable of bringing new ideas and advocating for them with the wider team
