What you bring
3-5 years of experience in production management of IT Web Technology Solutions in a hybrid or cloud environment.
1-3 years of IT Operations service management with external service providers / packaged services
Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech), in Computer Science or allied branches, or Masters in Computer Applications
ITIL oriented service management
Experienced with Agile Methodology / KANBAN / Jira
Fluency both written and spoken in English,
Tech you bring
Basic understanding of public cloud hyperscaler (Microsoft Azure preferred) and
Good knowledge with DevOps processes like CI/CD and required tools.
Foundation of web-technology stack knowledge and site reliability engineering
