Skills and attributes for success

  • Ability to apply sound judgment to both initial and escalated consultations, with an in-depth understanding of key requirements outlined in firm RM policies and guidance.
  • Ability to exercise independent decision-making skills within the framework of RM policies and processes, leveraging your knowledge and experience to guide client teams through moderately complex issues, as well as unique and intricate situations. Propose effective solutions through targeted consultations and inquiries with the client team.

  • Good working knowledge of computers and common software packages including analytical tools.
  • 3-5 plus years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Ideally, you’ll have

  • Existing knowledge of the firm and regulators’ independence rules and policies as well as familiarity with other quality & risk management initiatives outside your area of expertise.
  • Experience interfacing with executive leaders and demonstrated knowledge in one or more RM functional areas, including proficiency in communicating processes, identifying risks, and providing solutions to mitigate risk factors associated with RM processes.
  • Experience training Associates and/or Interns to familiarize these individuals with firm processes and policies and enable these members to handle more complex issues.
