The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Actively participating in the day-to-day operations, specifically daily tier process
• Support the manufacturing with quality investigations including incoming material, production and supplier deviations
• Creating and updating operating procedures and test methods
• Participate in projects regarding improve safety, quality, productivity, service and cost
• Support New Product Introduction and Change Management Projects
• Participate in Kaizen events

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience in engineering and/or manufacturing environment
• Good skills in project management
• Fluent in Swedish and in English
• Easy to build your own network booth internal and external
• Problem solving capabilities

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Skills in statistics
• ISO 9001 knowledge
• SAP knowledge

• Located at the 3M manufacturing site in Varnamo
• On-site
• Working pattern: full time
