- Responsible for test board and equipment setup, tear down, maintenance, data collection, and logistics.- Responsibilities will also include maintaining lab standards to keep them safe, clean, and organized.- Deploy test boards that run automated tests from engineering and troubleshoot issued requests that potentially have test setup issues.- Remove and redeploy test board setups that need new test procedures from engineers' requests in a regular - Collect data for critical metrics for the lab and track progress.- Perform test equipment inventory, calibration, and maintenance routine. - Understand and configure electro-mechanical component installations using BOM, drawings, and schematics.- Perform electro-mechanical repair, troubleshoot wiring, and test modified semi-complex assemblies without supervision on standard projects.- Communicate effectively and recommend changes on the document where applicable to actual wiring and mechanical build of assembly.- Perform self-inspection according to the Manufacturing and or internal procedure checklist.- Identify problems, document them, and bring them to the supervisor's attention.- Check equipment for calibration status expired materials and follow all ESD and other general housekeeping procedures.
