The gaming industry has evolved from a retail model to games as a live service where Unity plays a critical role in helping developers successfully acquire, engage, and monetize their users. As a Performance Manager, you will leverage our advertising and monetization platform to optimize key strategic gaming accounts, driving revenue growth through advanced data analytics and strategic insight. This role demands a high level of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of game economies.

What you'll be doing

• Data Analysis and Optimization: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights, executing strategies to optimize monetization and user acquisition.
• Account Management: Collaborate with account management teams to support and optimize key gaming accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and success.
• Business Development Support: Develop and present client-facing collateral, including partnership decks, case studies, and presentations to drive business development efforts.
• KPI Monitoring: Identify, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and ensure optimal performance of gaming accounts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to implement improvements, develop new features, and adjust strategies to ensure client success.

What we're looking for

• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to approach problems strategically and execute strategies cross-functionally.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working on a mobile game/live service game or in the ad tech/gaming industry.
