What you'll be doing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining and building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategies for user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives.
  • Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance using Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and other tools, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Work creatively and collaboratively to optimize processes within the team and drive customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in both client management and user acquisition or performance marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present data and insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Mindset: Proactive, with a hands-on and strategic approach, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
