Position: SoC Security Architect
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SoC architecture for datacenter SoCs, HW/SW/System requirements for confidential computing and foundational security technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for excelling in this position.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in designing hardware for data center environments.
At least 5 years of experience in architecting and developing security technologies for data center products.
Expertise in confidential computing architectures such as RME, TDX, SGX, or SEV-SNP, and in architecting components for Trusted Execution Environments and/or Trusted VMs.
Proficiency in IOMMU and virtualization concepts.
Experience in architecting/designing foundational security technologies for a data center SoC i.e. secure boot, secure debug, attestation, HW & SW supply chain provenance, access control/isolation primitives.
Proven experience with SoC security architecture design and/or implementation.
Strong technical documentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
15+ years in hardware design for data centers.
Strong knowledge of data center architectures from edge computing to hyperscale.
Experience with PCIe IDE, TDISP, CXL TSP and memory encryption security protocols.
Experience in designing attestation flows for confidential computing
Proven track record in hyperscale data center solutions.
Participation or leadership in standards bodies or forums like OCP, TCG.
Key Responsibilities
Take on a leadership role in developing the system architecture for Confidential Computing in data center products.
Develop High-Level Architecture and Micro-Architecture specifications to enable CCA end-to-end at the platform level, providing guidance and requirements to hardware, software, and platform teams accordingly.
Participate in relevant standards organizations and monitor security trends and emerging threats to proactively address potential risks. Ensure that the SoC infrastructure complies with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Prepare and present clear and comprehensive technical documentation and reports tailored to the needs of stakeholders, including engineering teams, senior management, customers, and suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in one or more system architecture technology areas and products (e.g., Power System, Shared Resource Management, Limits/Thermal Management, Hardware Islands).
