• Monitor and maintain automated processes, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate with the product, teams to ensure fixes, releases, and enhancements are delivered.
• Perform problem analysis and work with IBM to resolve problems on all supported subsystems and developing documentation and provides knowledge transfer to peers.
• Implement new hardware and software technologies as required
