Graduate Partner Quality Manager
Description -
EMEA Service Supply Chain Organization which is responsible to specify, qualify and control the work done by these repair partners is looking for a Partner Quality Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be - not limited to:
- Specify to the external repair partners spread around Europe the critical steps of the repair process.
- Orchestrate product support engineering team to introduce new product portfolio to be supported.
- Assure Customer Satisfaction, Cost structure and Product Quality Assurance Plan and make outsourced partners to deliver accordingly.
- Assure and put in place test, simulations, technical documentation and engineering support to ensure the quality of the repair process.
- Business follow-up the repair partners: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly business fundamental reviews.
- Ensure right capacity and technical capabilities are in place for the managed partners.
- Continuous process and partners improvement to sustain operations performance and right cost structure.
- Qualify and audit repair processes.
- Participate in the repair strategy assessment, helping in the price negotiation and repair feasibility decisions.
- Lead value capture initiatives identification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Fluent in English, a must. (International experience desirable)
- Previous experience (from 1 to 5 years) in the following areas will be an asset:
- Operational engineer in manufacturing or in reverse supply chain environments.
- Experience in dealing with external partners (contract manufacturers, vendors).
- Product knowledge about printing devices.
- Ability to communicate and influence partners inside and outside the company.

- Business process management skills.
- Analytical skills and capacity to keep organized in a complex environment.
- Good communication, team working, problem solving.
- Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer oriented, very fast-paced, and demanding environment with minimal supervision.
