In this role, you will report to the Country HR Director andyou will work in 3/2 hybrid working setup out of the Bucharest office. You will be responsible for managing variousHR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talentacquisition, employee retention and engagement, and HR policies. Your expertisein HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success ofour HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functionalteams to develop and implement HR strategies that support our businessobjectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop andimplement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives;
- Find and fix significant risks that would impact thebusiness and align internal policies to relevant laws and regulationsand ensure compliance; provide location-specific HR expertise;
- Deploy HR solutions locally and build high performingteams; cultivate a pool of talented leaders and managers;
- Implement talent solutions and guide managers on tools tofind, hire, grow, and keep talent aligned to the business strategy and i dentify upcoming talent and find opportunities to enablecareer growth in the business; focus on succession planning;
- Influence managers to engage their workforce and foster aworkplace well-being culture that values inclusion and diversity.
Key skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field or equivalent experience;
- Proven HR Generalist/ HR Partner experience, with a focus on employee relations, performancemanagement, and talent acquisition;
- Experience inmanaging employee relations as well as driving employee engagement andfostering a positive work culture;
- Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in usingvarious tools and platforms to generate insights and reports;
- Great level of English.
