Collaboration and Alignment
Establish strong connections with Center of Excellence (CoE) Digital teams and regional marketing and sales teams, fostering alignment and driving CRM adoption.
Manage the CRM Agency and CoE-Digital team to ensure the effective execution of CRM initiatives.
Performance Management
Use data-driven insights to monitor CRM performance and optimize strategies, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business growth targets.
You're the right fit if:
10+ years of experience in B2B/Healthcare CRM, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com implementation; Dental or Pharma experience preferred.
Advanced degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent B2B experience; MBA preferred.
Proven track record as a driven, entrepreneurial leader, with the ability to deliver market impact through CRM programs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable CRM strategies.
