CRM Strategy and Journey Mapping

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy, focusing on enhancing the Dental Professional journey through digital and physical touchpoints.

  • Create detailed journey maps, aligning them with business objectives and customer needs to ensure a seamless experience and maturation of leads from MQL to SQL.

Roadmap Development and Implementation

  • Develop an 18-24 month roadmap for Sales and Marketing CRM functionality, focusing on Salesforce.com enhancements and scalability.

  • Deliver Sales-CRM best practice playbooks and rules of engagement, including lead scoring frameworks to optimize funnel management.

Collaboration and Alignment

  • Establish strong connections with Center of Excellence (CoE) Digital teams and regional marketing and sales teams, fostering alignment and driving CRM adoption.

  • Manage the CRM Agency and CoE-Digital team to ensure the effective execution of CRM initiatives.

Performance Management

  • Use data-driven insights to monitor CRM performance and optimize strategies, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business growth targets.

You're the right fit if:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B/Healthcare CRM, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com implementation; Dental or Pharma experience preferred.

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent B2B experience; MBA preferred.

  • Proven track record as a driven, entrepreneurial leader, with the ability to deliver market impact through CRM programs.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable CRM strategies.
