How you’ll spend your day

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any incumbents with reasonable accommodation if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments.

  • Responsible for managing business issues across MCM which require operational and/or technical solution
  • Analyze and document operational processes through workflows and identify opportunities for improvement for MCM operations
  • Track operational metrics across MCM organization against benchmarks, KPIs, and target metrics to achieve MCM goals
  • Create and execute improvement projects
  • Develop, maintain and provide process expertise in order to deliver knowledge transfer to cross-functional teams
  • Oversee compliance of all MCM assets by managing expirations dates of digital and print assets and work with US Brand teams and MCM team to ensure proper update
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, IT, healthcare, business or related area
  • At least 1 year of experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry in full time or internship level preferred

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Approximately <20% domestic travel throughout the US.
