Procurement Engineer with Focus on driving Cost optimization, Innovation and sourcing of Finished goods and components as well as managing Supply Base performance.

Your role:

• Focus on Cost Reduction in Bill of Materials with Supply by Design changes, Concept & Source changes as well as negotiations
• Improving Supply Base performance on quality, reliability, delivery for Manufacturing & Service
• Developing Commercial and Business acumen for Driving Supply Base performance product with E2E focus on Engineering, Manufacturing process development
• Engage with Suppliers to drive innovation in NPIs and Regular Production Products to achieve better quality performance and Cost improvements.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 10+ year experience in Sourcing and Procurement, R&D, Product Industrialization and Commodity management.
• Your skills include Experience in Med Device Domain is required and Knowledge in Ultrasound and Transducer is added advantage. Design, Product industrialization, Dfx and Manufacturing processes are required.
• You have a bachelor's in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Methodology
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
• You’re Self-motivated, Driving Execution through Collaboration and Global Mind Set, Should be able to communicate with External partners effectively.

The pay range for this position in PA is $89,250 to $142,800

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
