In this role, you will help identify, track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), partner with the internal and external program teams to identify root-causes of spikes or plummets in key metrics while carrying on mid-term to long-term projects to improve our services, processes and tools and communicating with tech, program and product teams.Career Growth

- Simplify and automate reporting while building data solutions to have maximum scale, self-service ability by stakeholders and improve productivity- Translate business requirements into reporting while working with internal and external stakeholders to define best output based on business needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficient with SQL
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to build reports and metrics for business insights
- Experience working with stakeholders to document data and operational processes
- Familiarity with database types and data models
- Experience with data visualization using Quicksight, or similar tools and Excel (pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.)
