Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Quality Assurance, to resolve production issues and implement OCAPs (Out of Control Action Plans)
Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks accurately and on time to ensure compliance with quality requirements. (Flux, Jira)
Handle MRB (Material Review Board) materials following the MRB process, including identification, documentation, and disposition of non-conforming materials
Support the operation of multiple tools simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes
Clear yield alarms and conduct initial investigations, as well as start basic OCAPs to address deviations from expected performance
Ensure a high-level product quality by completing tasks such as web path checks, audits 5S activities
Participate in the continuous improvement of safety, quality, output, and tool uptime
What You’ll Bring
Experience in large- or small-scale manufacturing in a production process role
Experience with operating and troubleshooting automated/semi-automated manufacturing equipment, basic mechanical troubleshooting preferred
Demonstrate ability to analyze problems and error conditions, identify root causes, and implement viable long-term solutions. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred, but not required
Command of the English language, both written and verbal with ability to understand and record maintenance procedures, shift pass downs
Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment and passion to perform time-sensitive analysis under pressure
Demonstrated ability to be a self-driven contributor with limited supervision
