What you'll do
As an SAP Technical Senior Service Consultant for Security Services, you will be an integral part of our Security Team within Cloud Application Services (CAS). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive security services to our valued customers, ensuring the seamless integration, support, and maintenance of complex security implementations.
You will collaborate closely with our partners and customers, addressing their unique security needs and challenges. Your role will involve direct customer interaction, where you will act as a trusted advisor and problem solver. You will be at the forefront of our security service portfolio, managing end-to-end processes, resolving technical issues, and driving innovation to optimize and standardize operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee and manage roles and responsibilities within customer environments.
- Maintain Authorization Concepts: Develop and maintain robust authorization concepts tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure Segregation of Duties: Ensure proper segregation of duties to mitigate risks for our customers.
- Conduct Audit Readiness Checks: Perform checks to ensure customer systems are audit-ready.
- Perform Security Risk Analysis: Analyze and mitigate security risks for our customers.
- Secure Interfaces: Ensure the security of system interfaces in customer environments.
- Drive Innovation: Innovate to optimize, automate, and standardize operational processes for our customers.
- Support Customers: Assist customers in mitigating security-related findings.
- Deliver High Quality: Ensure stable operations and deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Onboard New Colleagues: Support new colleagues during their onboarding process.
What you bring
- Degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in SAP solutions with a focus on security-related topics and customer interaction.
- Working Experience with Security related topics with strong customer interaction
- In-depth understanding of SAP Security concepts (Authorization & Authentication, Audit Readiness, Application Security).
- Security related background in SAP Solutions and SAP technology and products such as SAP Identity and Access Management (IAM), SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), and SAP S/4HANA security
- Strong knowledge of security audit norms and best practices, including ISO/IEC 27001.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex environments
- Understanding of best practices for IT service management.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with customers
- Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote)
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with customers.
